IDT MSP Training Free State

IDT Fress State Staff

The Project Hub is currently assisting IDT (Independent Development Trust) to improve their programme and project efficiency through readjusting their PMIS(Project Management Information System), training their staff and ensuring integration between business requirements and project management practices.  The solution is based on software called Workengine (read more here:  EPMLive.com) that uses Microsoft Office Project as a scheduling backbone.

IDT seeks to increase the  value of reporting on project, programme, regional and portfolio level for approximately 4000 projects country wide. The implementation and alignment was kicked off in the Free State Region through training IDT staff on the correct use of Microsoft Project for Programme and Project Scheduling. Further implementations and training sessions have been scheduled and we look forward to keeping you updated on the progress.
