Terms and Condtions of Training Guarentee

The free lifetime emails support is subject to the following conditions:

1. All training sessions must be attended in full with no interruptions
2. Understanding with be measured (amoungs other items) based on a pre and post course assessment, any improvement will be considered as “improved understanding”.
3. Understanding will further be measured (amoungs other items) based on class work and exercises performed and discretion of the lecturer in terms of the knowledge gained by the delegate.
4. Lifetime support will be provided as follows:
   1) Support is valid for the lifespan of either The Project Hub or the individual who attended the course.
   2) Support will be via email, any additional support via meetings or telephonically will be charged at standard rates.
